We offer expert guidance in creating comfortable and functional lactation spaces within your workplace. Our team of experienced consultants will assess your facility, provide design recommendations, and assist with the installation of essential amenities like comfortable seating, privacy screens, and breast pump stations.

2. Policy Development and Compliance:

Navigating the complex landscape of workplace breastfeeding laws and regulations can be daunting. We help your organization develop clear, compliant, and employee-friendly breastfeeding policies. Our legal experts will ensure that your policies align with local and federal laws, protecting both your employees' rights and your business.

3. Employee Education and Training:

Supporting breastfeeding employees requires awareness and sensitivity. Some items we may be able to offer include mini refrigerators for breastmilk storage, breast pumps, breastfeeding pillows, dividers, etc.  We work with small and large businesses interested in creating an accommodating environment for their employees.  We also provide a weekly breastfeeding support group available to all community members and friends.

Select businesses within these neighborhoods are eligible to participate in the free program.  Each business that is verified as being apart of the catchment zone will receive supplies and designation as a Creating Breastfeeding Friendly Communities Worksite.  All businesses must complete all required steps by June 1, 2023 to be considered for participation in the program.
