Doula Services Covered by Medicaid

• If you are a New York State Medicaid Member, you are eligible to receive doula services with each pregnancy at no cost.

• You can receive up to 8 doula visits per pregnancy - no matter how your pregnancy ends.

• Support for families who have experienced a infant loss /fetal demise

• You can receive doula services up to 12 months after your pregnancy ends.

4 Prenatal, Birth, and 2 Postpartum sessions | $3000 Birth Package

1 Prenatal, and 4 Postpartum sessions | $2000  Postpartum Package

A La Carte Doula Services By The Hour $200 per hour

4 Prenatal session, Birth, 4 Postpartum sessions |$6000 Package

4 Prenatal session, Birth, 2 Postpartum sessions |$7000 Package

*Includes estimated cost of accommodations and flight if fees exceed estimate client will be responsible for paying the difference on last day of service
